If you want SSRIS to be effective, then really you should take it for three to six weeks, then you might notice a reduction in the frequency of your panic attacks. Some medical professionals like to prescribe some sort of sedation, but if this is used extensively has been known to be side effects. Seemingly without warning, a sense of impending doom and dread and take over someone who sufferers from severe anxiety. This kind of anxiety can really affect your life in a negative way. Generalized anxiety disorders are ongoing worry that is not related to a particular event or situation.
The good news is that there are natural ways to overcome your panic attacks and general anxiety disorders that do not require medication and do not require you to be drugged up half your life.
